The “KAPPA SYSTEM” project uses a digital serial-communication system named CAN (Controller Area Network). Thanks to the use of high-tech microprocessors, CAN allows the entire system to be configured through distributed architecture (control panel, car, shaft and remote workstation), based on peripheral modules that manage events to and from all of the peripherals in the lift system.
The processing and assembling of the entire work order is carried out through the implementation of an advanced ERP system, which has what it takes to manage stock levels and requirements efficiently and effectively.
The adoption of a barcode-based management system allows for greater streamlining, with the objective of achieving zero shipping defects.
The added value of DIGILIFT quality comes from compliance with the EN12015 and EN12016 standards on electromagnetic compatibility. Moreover, the Kappa-System has passed stringent electrical safety, thermal shock and vibration tests carried out in the TUV laboratories.
